I can't believe how quickly I'm getting through my work-in-progress at the moment. The crafting gods must be smiling down on me (or it could just be I'm ignoring the housework).
Ive finished my long fingerless mittens, and they are just lovely.
Nice and long, to keep me snug in the colder weather, but with plenty of freedom of movement around the fingers.
The pattern was great to knit, the different gansey patterns made it interesting.
The pattern is called Gansey Wristers and it's by Kalliopi Aronis - and it's free, yippee!
You can see details of my project, here, on Ravelry. And now it's on with the next work-in-progress.
oh your mittens are beautiful and confortable ! have a nice day !
ReplyDeleteOoh they're lovely! Wish I was getting through my WIPs as quickly
ReplyDeleteImpressive, your needles must be red hot you are getting through your projects so quickly. I love the colour.
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love these!! If only I had any skill in knitting... =( Wow, I could use a pair right now to warm me up! =)

ReplyDeleteHi, I so enjoyed visiting and you can be sure I'll be back...love these little gloves, Hope you stop by my new blog
ReplyDeleteHi Janet-oh my days that is a lovely pattern you have created on those gloves-wow....as a beginner it just appears impossible.
ReplyDeleteLove the skirt pattern-possibly a bit easier? Its all that talk of tension that is scary with knitting patterns.
