Hi Margaret, The recipe comes from Country Living magazine. The May 2011 edition of the Magazine has a feature on Biscuits and Buns. I used their recipe for Mocha Creams. They actually turned out more like small cakes than biscuits but we enjoyed them all the same.
What the magazine failed to say was in the USA and depending where you live in the States, these are called Gobs or Whoopie Pies. I have my Aunt's recipe, they are so good, enjoy
