I was drawn to the purple dress pattern because it did remind me of a Jane Austen character. <br />The photo with the VW camper van was actually taken in the reception area of VW headquarters in Milton Keynes. My husband had a meeting there so we stopped off on our way to St Albans. I had planned to sit in the car in the car park to wait for him, but the lovely reception staff insisted I sat in reception and knitted. They supplied me with lovely mugs of chocolate and were incredibly friendly. The reception area was full of VW cars, both new and historic so I just had to have a picture with the camper van.Janethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15477500174163532806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8345961466924088947.post-50561817697300020932016-05-30T19:39:43.696+01:002016-05-30T19:39:43.696+01:00What a lovely trip. About to settle down to the Sewing Bee later, which has made me think about sewing. What I find more intriguing is the VW Camper van. Still once you have made the pattern up you know the bits you have to slightly alter next time. Or you could end up with 2 nice dresses like the practice butterfly dress that you made.Caz.P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11206843820602358144noreply@blogger.com
